I grew up with the old skool transformers (toys and cartoons) and still think they are the coolest thing to come out of the 80's. I would draw the other 2 insecticons, but I only own kickback. He was my favorite insecticon. If I had a good picture of the other two I could use that as well...*wink*wink*

This was drawn while I was still in junior college and was a blast to do. I think if I did it now, I would try something more in the line of a Pat Lee style...as an homage to him and for what he has done for TF fans everywhere. If only he could rescue the movie! :9(

Amazing image! Little things, like the slight reflection of his antenae onto his shoulder wings and the light scribbles in the background, really add character. Kickback was always my favorite of the insecticons too.
The movie is lost. : < I'm afraid there's really nothing we can do now, but hope that at least some part of it is salvagable.
